We can modify most of our floor plans to fit your family's needs!
We build two types of homes:
1.
A Modular Home - also known as I.R.C. or international residential
code.
2. A Manufactured or H.U.D. Home - also known as HUD or Housing
and Urban Development
The main differences
between these two types of homes are:
A. The modular
or I.R.C. home meets the same building code standards (as
like all site builders) regulated by state building officials. This
home is designed better for a basement or crawl space foundation.
B. The manufactured or HUD home meets the federal housing
standard to insure the same quality construction from coast to coast.
This home is commonly placed on a crawl space, or in a park location.
