We can modify most of our floor plans to fit your family's needs!
We build two types of homes:
1.
A Modular Home - also known as U.B.C. or uniform building
code.
2. A Manufactured or H.U.D. Home - also known as HUD or Housing
and Urban Development
The main differences
between these two types of homes are:
A. The modular
or U.B.C. home meets the same building code standards (as
like all site builders) regulated by state building officials. This
home is designed better for a basement foundation.
B. The manufactured or HUD home meets the federal housing
standard to insure the same quality construction from coast to coast.
This home is commonly placed on a crawl space.
